No. We do not have a storefront. Everything we have can be viewed and purchased online.
2. How can I place an order?
First, select your favorite products, their sizes and quantities, then add them to your shopping cart, after filling out the shipping address information, finally, choose the payment method to complete the payment.
Order completed, we will send you an e-mail, including your order information and payment method. If you do not receive an e-mail, check your spam e-mail, please.
As we prepare your package and send it, we will send you an e-mail to give you the tracking number of your package, you can track your package online in real time.
3. What payment methods can I use?
We accept PayPal as well as all four major credit cards. We do not accept any other forms of payment. All of your payment options can be seen as you continue through checkout.
4. What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all over the world.
5.When Will My Order Arrive
We make your reborn doll after you ordered to make sure every detail.
The painting time is about 1-2 days.
Then we will ship it. Once it has shipped, we will send you an email.
Sorry for the long wait, but your doll will worth the waiting.
The shipping time is usually about 8-12 days.
The delivery company is usually FedEx, Yun Express, or DHL, you could track the number when your reborn doll has arrived in your country.
6.Is My Online Order Secure?
Yes! We use standard SSL encryption for all transactions so you are assured that any information you send us is encrypted even before they are sent.
7.Can the baby take a bath?Only the baby with a vinyl body could be immersed in the water and play with your lovely child. Baby with cloth body could not be put into water.
